Welcome to OurNewChurch.com!

This site is dedicated to the historical documentation of the building of the new church building for Immaculate Conception Church in Gilman Illinois. We will try to keep this site updated with the latest photos and info.

We've been through Christmas, Easter, several weddings and funerals and a bunch of weekend masses. We almost have the chuch broke in. There is still some work to be done. We now have the money for the pews. It will take several months to have them built and installed. Hopefully by Christmas!
 

Father John Balluff - Pastor

 

Father John Balluff has been our pastor for eight years and the force behind this project Thanks to his drive and dedication, the long anticipated construction of our new church has begun.

The sanctuary is almost complete. It seem like everytime I go into the new church, father has added some new feature!

 

 

The old church structure is gone, but not forgotten. After many years and many memories, the old building has finally been removed. Unfortunately, because of structural problems, it had to be demolished.
